Step #1:
Schedule a 30-minute discovery call
We start with a 30-minute discovery phone call to learn more about your financial and retirement goals, and see if our team can help add value to you. It's a "get to know you" call where you also learn about our firm and how we help our clients.
Step #2:
Explore your financial picture
Similar to a doctor, we want to thoroughly learn about your financial situation to diagnose the best solutions before making recommendations. During this step, we meet over Zoom or in person to dive deeper into your financial situation. More importantly, we learn about your "why" and gain a clear understanding of your retirement goals, risk tolerance, needs, and concerns. This step typically takes about 1 hour.
From there, if we both agree it's a good fit, we'll begin the onboarding process of getting organized and developing a comprehensive plan using the PROFIT Process below. This tailored approach is designed to help you retire with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
Step #3:
Review your retirement plan and begin
implementing
In this meeting, we review your financial situation and provide a retirement plan along with our recommendations. We typically present an initial plan covering ways to lower taxes, legacy planning, retirement distribution strategies, and investment portfolio optimization. This meeting also lasts about 1 hour.
From there, we will then help implement and monitor your retirement plan, and schedule regular meetings to track your progress
What are the costs?
We are a fee-only wealth management firm, meaning we are solely compensated by our clients. No commissions, no hidden fees. Our transparent, personalized advice is always aligned with your best interests.
We work on an Assets Under Management (AUM) fee schedule, providing continuous financial planning and investment management tailored to your goals. Our clients have access to us whenever they want, outside of the regularly scheduled review meetings. That is the benefit of working with a boutique firm that offers personalized service. You are not just another number, but are family to us. Many of our client relationships are generational, and span well over several decades, a testament to the trust and long-term value we aim to build.
After our second meeting listed above, we’ll ask you to sleep on it. No pressure, no rush. We want you to take the time to reflect and make a confident, informed decision.
